Cosplay Alley is a cosplay initiative by Fantasy & Magic Con, created to bring attendees closer to cosplay creators and provide a dedicated space for meeting them in person! 

It is a place where invited cosplayers can meet their fans, take photos together, chat, sign prints, and spend time with the people who follow their work. 

What is Cosplay Alley?

It is a dedicated convention zone where attendees will be able to meet cosplay creators appearing at Fantasy & Magic Con at scheduled times. Thanks to a fixed timetable, visitors will be able to plan their day more easily, while cosplayers will enjoy a more comfortable and organized environment for meeting fans. 

Each creator will receive their own time slot during which they will be available for attendees. Depending on the format of the meeting, this may include conversations, photos, signing prints, or selling small items such as prints or autographs.

How to apply?

To take part in Cosplay Alley, you must complete the application form provided by the Organizer by June 14, 2026. If you are applying as a cosplay duo, you may submit a joint application. In that case, you will be assigned one shared time slot and one shared table.

From all correctly submitted applications, the Organizer will select the creators invited to take part in Cosplay Alley. The list of selected participants may be published together with links to their social media profiles.

We want this to be a welcoming, organized, and enjoyable space for both visitors and cosplayers alike.
