Fantasy & Magic Con is an event created by fans, for fans. It’s your ideas, passion, and knowledge that make the convention come alive — turning it into a place of meetings, conversations, and inspiration. If you’d like to help shape this year’s program, we warmly invite you to collaborate with us!

We are looking for speakers, moderators, workshop hosts, discussion leaders, and presenters. Whether you’re a writer, researcher, artist, cosplayer, gamer, or simply a fantasy enthusiast full of creative ideas, your experience can enrich the Fantasy & Magic Con program.

We want our convention to be diverse and welcoming, so we encourage submissions from all areas of pop culture, including:

  • fantasy, sci-fi, horror, and dark fiction literature
  • comics, manga, and illustration
  • films, TV series, and animation
  • games — from tabletop RPGs to video games
  • cosplay
  • fandom culture, social media, and fan-made creations
  • science, mythology, history, and cultural inspirations in fantasy

Being part of the Fantasy & Magic Con program is not only a chance to share your passion, but also an opportunity to meet like-minded people — creators, experts, and fans from all over Poland, as well as international actors.

Program submissions are accepted through the online form available below. The deadline for submissions is June 2026. We review submissions on a regular basis, and replies are typically sent within 10 business days. If you do not receive a response within that time, please contact us again.
