In previous announcements, we featured actors, and today it is time to introduce Jennifer Svedberg-Yen, the writer responsible for the main storyline and lore of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. Jennifer Svedberg-Yen crafted the central narrative and worldbuilding of the game.
Jennifer Svedberg-Yen is a relatively new writer in the video game industry, who became widely recognized with the release of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
Her character writing and approach to narrative structure were highly praised by international critics, leading to her screenplay receiving an award at the The Game Awards. In multiple interviews, she has emphasized that her lack of prior industry experience allowed her to approach game storytelling from a fresh and unconventional perspective.
During Fantasy & Magic Con, Jennifer Svedberg-Yen will join the rest of the cast of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 on Sunday for a panel dedicated to the game.
The writer will also take part in photo-op sessions (together with voice actors) and autograph signings.
