Fantasy & Magic Con is a place for enthusiasts of fantasy, games, handicrafts, and much more. We invite exhibitors who want to become part of a unique event and reach thousands of pop culture fans.
Explore our venue
Exhibitors will be hosted in “Trybuna II” at Tor Służewiec. It is a large, well-lit space where gaming tournaments, RPG sessions, and much more will take place on the mezzanine levels. We guarantee exhibitors spots in the immediate vicinity of the themed villages (located in the rotunda of “Trybuna II”) as well as near the outer stand of “Trybuna II”, where the main stage will be located. The most important program events will take place there, including meetings with actors, cosplay contests, and concerts.

Exhibitor booth
Vendor booths are primarily intended for shops and sellers offering products for geeks. From gadgets and games to books, clothing, and jewelry. It is also a suitable space for companies that want to create their own promotional booth.

- under 20m2 – 230 PLN (without tax)
- more than 20m2 – 200 PLN (without tax)
Artist Alley
It is an ideal space for creators who want to showcase their work, meet their fans, and gain new ones. We invite illustrators, writers, cosplayers, craft makers, and other artists. Each booth is a 2 × 2 m module (one application = one module).
The number of spots is very limited.
