General Questions
Where can I find information about the convention?
The best source of information for foreign attendees is fantasymagiccon.eu (which means you’re in the right place!) and our social media channels. You can find us on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Will accommodation be arranged for attendees?
We do not provide a sleep room, but thanks to our partners, we offer discounts on accommodation at selected hotels. You can find more details in the Accommodation section.
Will there be a cloakroom available at the convention?
No. However, there will be a storage deposit where attendees can leave their belongings.
When will the guests be announced?
Event guests will be announced regularly from January through the end of May. You can check the already announced guests in the Guests & Speakers section.
Tickets
When and how can tickets be purchased?
Tickets will go on sale online starting Thursday, January 29 at 12:00 PM. through the ticketing platform ToBilet. Tickets can be purchased online until July 8 at 11:59 PM.Tickets will also be available at on-site ticket booths during the event if they haven’t sold out online — but we recommend buying in advance to avoid queues and secure your spot!
How much do the tickets cost?
One-day tickets cost 79.99 PLN (Saturday) and 64.99 PLN (Sunday).
A two-day pass costs 129.99 PLN, while an early-access two-day pass is priced at 149.99 PLN.
Will there be discounted tickets?
Yes, discounted tickets are available for children up to 12 years old. These are Fantasy & Magic Con Junior tickets, which are fully valid for entry to Fantasy & Magic Con. The price of a junior ticket is 12.99 PLN.
Junior tickets can be purchased online or on-site. Please note that the child’s age will be verified at the event, so our staff may ask to see a form of identification.
What’s included in the ticket price?
The ticket price includes access to the entire event area, including the main stage, discussion panels, the Exhibitors’ Zone, and competitions. With a two-day early-access pass, you’ll also receive an official convention t-shirt.
Are additional passes required?
Yes, separate passes will be required for photo sessions with special guests. Paid passes may also apply for autographs from special guests and selected Polish creators.
Can I enter the event without a ticket?
No. The event is ticketed.
Can tickets be refunded?
No, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Refunds apply only to program creators who were accepted after purchasing a ticket.
If you already have a ticket but are unable to attend, you may resell it via resale platforms such as TicketSwap.
Minors
Is there a minimum age requirement?
No, there is no minimum age requirement, everyone is welcome, even the youngest attendees. For children up to 12 years old, we’ve prepared a companion event called Fantasy & Magic Con Junior, which has its own ticket pricing and tickets. Junior tickets are fully accepted for entry to Fantasy & Magic Con.
Can a minor attend the event without a parent or legal guardian?
Attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Those aged 16 and above may enter the event with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry if there is a suspicion that an attendee is a minor and they refuse to present an identity document confirming their age and/or do not have the required written consent with them.
What should the parent’s/legal guardian’s consent look like?
A template of the parent’s/legal guardian’s consent for participation in the event will be available on our website. Please print the consent form and bring it with you to the event. Other consent forms will not be accepted.
I want to attend with a child who has a Fantasy & Magic Con Junior ticket — do I also need a ticket?
At Fantasy & Magic Con, only Fantasy & Magic Con Junior tickets are accepted for children. Since guardians have free entry to Fantasy & Magic Con Junior, they are required to purchase a standard ticket to enter the main event.
Crew
Will crew speak languages other than Polish?
Yes. All crew will wear badges with flags indicating the languages they speak.
