Fantasy & Magic Con will take place on August 6–8, 2027, in Warsaw. We’ll announce the convention’s new venue soon.

The best sources of information are fantasymagiccon.eu (so you’re already in the right place!) and our social media channels. You can find us on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. You’re also welcome to join our Discord server, Fancord.

Guests are announced regularly. You can find all currently announced guests on our Guests page.

We don’t provide a sleep room, but thanks to our accommodation partners, FMC attendees can get discounted rates at selected hotels. You can find more information on our Accommodation page.

A cloakroom and luggage storage will be available at the convention. Pricing will be announced closer to the event.

Yes. The venue has its own parking facilities, and there are also plenty of parking spaces nearby.

Tickets will be available online from autumn 2026 through July 31, 2027. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the event.

Ticket prices depend on the specific ticket tier.

During Early Access, the following tickets will be available: a 3-day ticket (195 PLN) and the Fankor Pass, which includes a 3-day ticket with Early Access and exclusive goodies (240 PLN).

In the first ticket tier, the following will be available: a 3-day ticket (210 PLN), as well as single-day tickets for Friday (90 PLN), Saturday (120 PLN), and Sunday (100 PLN). Junior tickets will cost 60 PLN for one day and 105 PLN for three days.

Yes. Discounted tickets are available for children aged 13 and under. The child’s age will need to be verified at the event, so our team may ask to see a valid form of identification.

Your ticket gives you access to the entire event, including the Main Stage, discussion panels, the exhibitor area, competitions, and many other attractions.

Photos and video recordings with international guests, as well as their autographs, are available for an additional fee. Some guests may also charge extra for add-ons such as quotes or drawings. Prices vary depending on the guest.

Starting with FMC 2027, we’re also introducing an optional paid Fast Track, allowing you to skip the regular queue for autographs.

Autograph and photo-op tickets do not include admission to Fantasy & Magic Con. You will still need to purchase a valid event ticket for the relevant day or a three-day pass to enter the convention.

No. Tickets and passes are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Refunds are only available to accepted programme contributors and volunteers who purchased their tickets before being accepted.

Choosing not to attend the event or deciding not to use your autograph or photo-op ticket does not entitle you to a refund.

If you’ve purchased a ticket but can no longer attend, you can resell it through a ticket resale platform such as TicketSwap.

An attendee with a disability may enter the event with a carer using a single ticket. The carer will receive a free wristband from the organizer. Our team may ask to see proof of disability when collecting the wristbands.

Please note: This applies to admission tickets only. It does not apply to autographs, photo ops, or any other separately paid passes or add-ons.

No. Everyone is welcome, including our youngest attendees.

Yes. Every attendee must have their own admission ticket. The only exception is a carer accompanying an attendee with a disability, subject to the required documentation.

Attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Attendees aged 16 and over who are still minors may enter the event without a parent or guardian, provided they have written parental/guardian consent.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry if there is reason to believe that an attendee is underage and they refuse to provide valid identification confirming their age and/or do not have the required written consent with them.

A parental/legal guardian consent form for attending the event will be available in the footer of our website. Please print the form and bring it with you to the event. Other consent forms will not be accepted.
